These experts specialize in gameplay math, RTP balancing, volatility, hitrates balancing, cash-in/cash-out mechanics, and creating engaging, immersive game experiences.
Product Description:
We support studios in delivering top-quality iGaming experiences, ensuring mathematically sound and player-engaging gameplay across all formats.
Expected Task for this role:
- Design and fine-tune game math models for upcoming slot and casino games
- Conduct simulations to validate game math
- Collaborate with Game Producers and Developers on game mechanics and balance
- Analyze competitor games and deliver insights on math models
- Participate in the full game creation process from concept to delivery
- Assist with backend adaptations for reels and other game mechanics

Experience:
We consider all profiles — from entry-level to Lead Experts. Candidates typically have a background in mathematics, computer science, technology, or engineering, with experience in game math or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a player-focused mindset are highly valued.
Nice to Have:
- Python scripting skills
- Experience with version control systems (SVN/Git)
- Strong mathematical intuition, creativity, and curiosity
- Ability to view games from a player’s perspective
- Self-organization and task prioritization
English:
Intermediate (B1+) or higher
