Product Description:
We offer tailored recruitment services that include everything from sourcing and screening to onboarding, focusing on connecting tech talent with opportunities in fields like Game Development, ECommerce, iGaming, and more.
Team:
You’ll work alongside recruiters and hiring managers, collaborating closely to identify and attract the best talent for our clients. We are building customized talent pools with tailored candidates pipelines upon Client’s request.
Technologies in Use:
Boolean search, X-ray search, ATS (Dover, People Force, etc.), Slack, Trello/Jira, Miro, Confluence, automation tools (email systems, database management, sourcing/parsing solutions).
Expected Task Roadmap for the First 3 Months:
- Successfully source candidates using job boards, social networks, professional portals, and personal networks.
- Provide great sourcing strategies and lists of relevant candidates to various clients.
- Participate in daily/weekly calls with customers during the kick-off stage.
- Develop tailored documents to properly understand the role and assess the best-fit candidates.
- Automate routine sourcing tasks such as email outreach, database management, and parsing.
- Contribute to filling at least 3 job openings to be eligible for a permanent role.

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT recruitment.
- Skilled in Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
- Experience with automation tools for routine tasks (emails, databases, parsing solutions).
- Familiarity with multiple job boards, social networks, and professional portals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in recruiting for IT roles such as developers, engineers, and technical specialists.
- Understanding of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of additional sourcing tools and techniques.
English:
Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Office:
Fully remote position.
Probation Period:
3 months, but could be shortened if KPIs are met earlier.
