Payments & Warranty
For your convenience payments are divided into three stages:
Stage 1 – we define your hiring needs, prepare all demo materials, push them into the labor market and promote the HR brand of your company as well.
Stage 2 – we find the Candidate and he/she commence work in your company.
Stage 3 – the Candidate successfully passes the Probation Period and everyone is happy.
You shall not pay for Stage 3 if the Probation Period is failed by the hired person – only when you are satisfied with a chosen specialist.
In a case when the Candidate fails the probation period you’ll receive the one-time free of charge replacement. No worries that your business challenges will be dropped – we’ll take care of successfully hiring another candidate from our pipeline.
